About Us
Dream it.
At Hopscotch Bakery, we believe food has the power to bring people together—and that’s exactly what we’re here to do. Nestled in the heart of Pueblo, we’re on a mission to create more than just baked goods. We’re building community, celebrating tradition, and sharing joy, one sweet bite at a time.
Build it.
Hopscotch isn’t just a bakery—it’s a legacy. We’ve brought this beloved neighborhood spot back to life with a fresh perspective and a deep love for the city we call home. Our goal? To make Hopscotch the best bakery in Pueblo while keeping its rich roots alive.
Grounded in our core values of connection, culture, and craftsmanship, we’re here to remind everyone of the magic that happens when you gather around the table.
